Delivery and handling
STANDARD DELIVERY - £5.95
Despatch will be by post via Royal Mail and Parcel Force and usually takes 5-10 working days. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time.
We are pleased to work in partnership with Royal Mail. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange.
Returns
If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return an item please Contact Us to obtain a returns code and for return address information. Please ensure the returns code is noted on the returns label
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
(Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items, DVD's, CD's, Videos, Underwear and Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.)
